Eligibility for Refund

We evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

Technical Issues

If you experience a critical technical issue with our product that prevents it from functioning as described, please contact our support team first. If our team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe, we may issue a refund.

To request support:

  • Provide access to your website if necessary for troubleshooting

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:

  • Code Modifications: Issues caused by modifications you made to the product code

  • Bundle/Multi-Site Licenses: Developer or agency licenses are non-refundable
  • Customization Services: Any custom development work is non-refundable once started
  • Failure to Follow Documentation: Issues resulting from not following installation or usage instructions

Refund Process

If your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Upon refund, your license will be deactivated
