We strongly recommend that you:

Test our products through the demo sites provided
Review the product features and compatibility requirements

Eligibility for Refund

We evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

Technical Issues

If you experience a critical technical issue with our product that prevents it from functioning as described, please contact our support team first. If our team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe, we may issue a refund.

To request support:

Submit a support ticket with a detailed description of the issue
Provide access to your website if necessary for troubleshooting
Allow reasonable time for our team to investigate and respond

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:

Change of Mind: Products purchased but no longer wanted
Accidental Purchases: Please review your cart before completing checkout
Product Switching: Wanting to exchange for a different product after purchase
Code Modifications: Issues caused by modifications you made to the product code
Third-Party Conflicts: Problems arising from conflicts with other themes, plugins, or software not developed by WPMatcha
Discounted Purchases: Products purchased during sales or with discount codes
Bundle/Multi-Site Licenses: Developer or agency licenses are non-refundable
Customization Services: Any custom development work is non-refundable once started
Failure to Follow Documentation: Issues resulting from not following installation or usage instructions

Refund Process

If your refund request is approved:

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Upon refund, your license will be deactivated
